Through the years we have devoted countless hours in volunteering, personally and professionally, to animal rescue groups and sanctuaries, homeless shelters, children’s help groups, and soup kitchens. We’ve written hundreds of letters to editors, congressmen, senators, organizations and corporations on behalf of the voiceless and the environment. We’ve marched and protested and given time, our voice wherever and however possible for the credo that guides our lives; the defense and protection of the basic rights and dignity of all sentient beings, the preservation of our earth, and standing up against the exploitation of our planet, it’s people and animal nations.

We’ve also created also created and supported our own groups and programs to help achieve our mission, perpetuate our vision. “We do what we can do.”

OUR PROGRAMS - DONATIONS WELCOME

“DIAMONDS ARE FOREVER” RESCUE FARM - For over twenty five years, the last four on our farm, we have rescued over 200 animals, (with 29 currently with “forever homes” on our farm with us). The animals are rescued from the streets, from animal shelters and pounds and from abusive or neglectful owners. We rescue the old and sick, the injured and abandoned. Some just show up at our door. We keep those we can on the farm and place others in good homes or with other rescue groups better able to place them. Our “Diamonds Are Forever ” Rescue Farm is our home and we are completely supported and sustained by our own income.

“FOR LOVE OF HORSES” is an organization dedicated to the rescue and protection of the horse nation. Horses and Humans have been partners in the growth of civilization since the dawn of recorded time. Our mission is: “to serve and protect the basic rights and dignity of the horse, with the vision to advance and promote the eternal relationship between humankind and the equine species.”

“LIFE SUPPORT INC” was created to provide physical, professional and material support to animal and children’s rights groups with an emphasis on sales, marketing, fund raising and business planning issues.

“MARKO”S BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION” named in memory of Mark Ryan, lost to drugs in 1972, was founded many years ago to involve inner city youth (over 800 have participated) in organized sports, with an emphasis on personal growth, teamwork and community event participation. Our “Winning Choices” plan is to create youth sports leagues with a focus on self awareness, service and planning through presentations and player participation in the process.

All of the above groups are “not for profit”. We are not tax exempt and have not sought non profit status in order to maintain operational independence and the freedom to work for legislation and political change on behalf of vital children, animal and community issues. DONATIONS ARE WELCOME!.
